What You’ll Be Doing:

- Help track and report on campaign performance using digital marketing tools.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their unique needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to ensure seamless project delivery and successful client onboarding.
- Monitor client accounts and key performance indicators to support client retention and growth.
