Job Description:

About the Role:
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable person to meet with our existing clients and make sure they’re happy with our marketing services. You’ll schedule appointments, visit clients in person, and help explain anything they may need clarity on. If a client has a question or concern, you’ll be the one to sort it out quickly and professionally.
You’ll also build long-term relationships with clients and handle any requests if they want to increase or adjust their services. This role is all about communication, care, and keeping clients satisfied.

What You’ll Do:
• Schedule and attend appointments with existing clients.
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication.
• Resolve client queries and make sure they’re happy with our services.
• Explain our marketing services and updates in an easy-to-understand way.
• Manage and maintain positive client relationships.
• Handle requests for service upgrades or changes.

What You’ll Need:
• A reliable car and a valid Code B driver’s licence.
• Bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required.

You’re confident speaking with people, enjoy building relationships, and take pride in giving great service. You’re reliable, well-presented, and can manage your time effectively.
