Client Liaison Consultant

We are looking for a proactive and organized Client Liaison to manage client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a smooth, positive experience. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are a must.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and expectations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and high client satisfaction.
• Communicate client feedback and requirements to relevant internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
• Support the sales team with new client onboarding and ensure a seamless transition.
• Monitor client accounts and key performance indicators to drive retention and growth.
• Resolve issues or conflicts that may arise during client engagements.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a client liaison or client-facing role (preferred).
• Proven experience working directly with clients, ideally in a similar industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to adapt to changing client needs and priorities.
• Knowledge of sales techniques is an added advantage.
