Client Liaison

Client Liaison:
We are currently seeking a professional, proactive, and goal-oriented Client Liaison to join our team. The ideal candidate will be confident in managing client relationships, committed to delivering exceptional customer service, and capable of handling challenges in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally and efficiently
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding client needs and expectations
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and successful service delivery
• Communicate client feedback, requirements, and expectations to relevant internal stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services
• Work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition process
• Monitor client accounts and track key performance indicators to support retention and business growth
• Resolve client concerns, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activities

Requirements:
• Previous client liaison or customer relations experience preferred (minimum 1 year advantageous)
• Proven experience in a client-facing role within a professional environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and resolve problems efficiently
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to accommodate varying client needs
• Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices will be advantageous
• Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required
• Self-motivated, professional, and goal-driven

Working Hours:
Monday – Friday
08:00 – 17:00


Salary Range:
R6,000 – R14,000 per month
