Call Liaison

Job Title: Client Liaison – Benoni

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
• Communicate client feedback and requirements internally to relevant stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients and facilitate smooth transitions.
• Monitor client accounts and track key performance indicators to ensure retention and growth.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during client engagements.
Requirements:
• Client liaison or client-facing experience (preferably 1 year).
• Proven experience in a similar role or industry is an advantage.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Adaptable and flexible to accommodate varying client needs.
• Understanding of sales techniques and strategies is a plus.
Work Hours:
• Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 17:00

Remuneration:
• Salary Range: R6,000 – R14,000
