We are looking for a detail-oriented and well-organized Booking Clerk to support our sales team by coordinating appointments with prospective clients. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage schedules efficiently while maintaining excellent client communication.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and schedule appointments for sales representatives with prospective clients
• Liaise with clients and internal team members to arrange bookings in line with availability and priorities
• Manage calendars and scheduling systems to ensure efficient planning and minimal conflicts
• Confirm appointments with clients and provide relevant information ahead of scheduled meetings
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate communication of booking details
• Maintain up-to-date records of appointments and client interactions on the CRM system

Requirements
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience using scheduling software or CRM systems (advantageous)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
