Job Description:

XCMG Equipment would like to recruit a Diesel Mechanic based at our Kempton Park Office.

Qualifications:
- Level 5 trade test certificate(red seal)
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Diesel Mechanic within the earth-moving industry
- Must have a valid drivers license (preferrable code 10)

Experience & Skills:
- Must have good problem solving and fault finding skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to service,repair earth-moving equipment to OEM standard
-Ability to have specialized skills when working on transmissions

Main Duties:
Duties will include but are not limited to the following:
- Service and repair machines
- Adhere to all safety regulations while in the workshop and on the client’s site
- Correctly diagnose problems on machines
- Adhoc duties if and when required
- Correctly read and interpret diagnostic machine reports
- Must be able to work overtime
