Oversee the daily activities of the workshop, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery. This includes supervising staff, allocating tasks, and managing schedules.

Staff Management: Recruit, train, and mentor workshop staff, ensuring they are skilled in the latest techniques and technologies. Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing training.

Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to provide estimates, explain services, and address any concerns or complaints. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Inventory and Supply Management: Maintain an inventory of parts and equipment, order supplies as needed, and ensure that all tools and machinery are in good working condition.

Quality Control: Implement quality assurance processes to monitor service quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
