Vehicle Damage Assessor

Key Responsibilities
- Assess vehicle damage accurately and determine repair costs.
- Provide detailed reports on the extent of damage and required repairs.
- Liaise with insurance companies, repair shops, and customers.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Negotiate repair costs and timelines with service providers.
- Conduct inspections to verify the quality of completed repairs.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of vehicle repair procedures.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze and quantify damage effectively.
- Experience in the automotive or insurance industry.
- Experience on the Vantage quotation system
- Relevant qualifications such as **Vehicle Damage Quantifier (VDQ)** certification.
- Background in **mechanical engineering, panel beating, or motor industry experience** is advantageous.
