Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and be capable of delivering detailed project estimations and risk assessments. This role involves a hands-on approach to project specification and proposal development, ensuring the highest level of precision and efficiency.
Applicants will be required to have a minimum of 12 years industry experience.

Analyse project specifications, drawings, and other documents to fully understand the technical requirements and scope of work.

Conduct comprehensive cost estimation for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors, considering market rates, historical data, and industry standards.

Collaborate with the sales and production teams to develop exhaustive and competitive proposals for prospective clients.

Identify potential risks and uncertainties associated with projects and develop robust risk mitigation strategies.

Prepare detailed, well-written proposals and reports for each client, adhering to client guidelines while offering competitive and comprehensive cost estimates.
