Job Description:

Operating a CNC milling machine with precision, efficiency, and attention to detail to consistently produce high-quality products that meet Company specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with CNC milling machines in a manufacturing environment and a strong commitment to delivering accurate and reliable results.

You will play an essential role in the production process, ensuring components are manufactured to exact measurements and tolerances, while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate CNC milling machines to manufacture parts according to technical drawings and specifications.

- Set up tools, fixtures, and materials for each job.

- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency.

- Perform routine inspections and measurements of machined components using precision instruments.

- Ensure products meet the required tolerances and company quality standards.

- Maintain equipment by following prescribed maintenance schedules.

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a CNC Miller or CNC Machinist in a manufacturing or engineering environment.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

- Strong understanding of CNC milling machines and tooling setup.

- Experience with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).

- High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

- Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.

- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
