This position is crucial in sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet our organization's growing needs. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline, working closely with hiring managers, and ensuring an exceptional experience for every candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate pipelines
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define the interview process
• Promote the company’s culture and participate in branding initiatives
• Maintain recruitment metrics and ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards

Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of recruitment practices and talent sourcing tools (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• A results-driven, proactive approach to recruitment (preferred)
• Ability to build relationships and network effectively
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality

Key Metrics:
• Time-to-fill and quality of hire
• Candidate satisfaction and pipeline strength

Salary Range:
R6,000 – R8,000 per month
