What You’ll Be Doing:

• Be the first point of contact for inbound sales inquiries via phone and email
• Help customers understand our products and guide them through the buying process
• Generate leads through proactive outbound calls and follow up on marketing campaigns
• Keep detailed and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system
• Work closely with the sales team to hit targets and achieve goals
• Provide excellent customer service to build strong, lasting relationships
