Internal Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and organised Internal Sales Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business by managing client interactions, coordinating appointments, and supporting the sales process from within the office.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate appointments and meetings between sales representatives and prospective clients.
• Communicate professionally with clients to schedule suitable times and provide relevant information.
• Maintain and manage calendars to ensure efficient scheduling and avoid conflicts.
• Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and enhance engagement.
• Record and update client interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
