What You’ll Be Doing: • Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, software, and network systems. • Providing technical support and troubleshooting IT-related issues for staff and users. • Monitoring system performance and ensuring systems remain secure and up to date. • Managing user accounts, permissions, and IT documentation. • Assisting with system upgrades, migrations, and other IT projects. • Implementing and maintaining IT policies and best practices.
What We’re Looking For: • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. • Experience in IT support or a similar role is advantageous. • Knowledge of operating systems, networking, and cybersecurity principles. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, networking tools, and general IT infrastructure. • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills: • Qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. • Certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco (CCNA), or Microsoft certifications are beneficial. • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus. • Knowledge of scripting or programming languages such as Python or PowerShell is advantageous.
