Job Description:

We are seeking a confident and solution-oriented Call Liaison Officer to act as the key link between our clients and internal teams. This role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys handling challenges, and takes ownership of client communication.

You will play an important role in ensuring clients feel supported, heard, and valued throughout their journey with the company.

What You'll Be Responsible For:
• Managing incoming and outgoing client communication in a professional manner
• Acting as the main contact person for client queries, requests, and concerns
• Building long-term relationships by understanding client expectations and delivering consistent support
• Working closely with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
• Sharing client insights and feedback with relevant teams to improve processes
• Spotting opportunities to introduce additional services or solutions where appropriate
• Assisting with onboarding new clients and ensuring a seamless handover process
• Monitoring client activity and engagement to support retention and growth
• Addressing and resolving any issues efficiently to maintain client satisfaction

What We're Looking For:
• Previous experience in a client liaison, customer service, or similar role (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle clients professionally and confidently
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to adapt to different client personalities and situations
• Basic understanding of sales processes would be advantageous

Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00

• Full-time role

Salary:
• R6,000 – R14,000 (depending on experience and performance)
