Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Client Liaison Representative to manage and support client relationships while ensuring a high standard of service delivery. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to client management.

Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day communication with clients
• Ensure client queries are handled efficiently and professionally
• Build and maintain strong working relationships
• Coordinate between clients and internal departments
• Support onboarding and account setup processes
• Monitor client needs and ensure satisfaction
• Assist with retention and service improvement

Requirements
• Minimum 1 year experience in client liaison or similar role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good organisational and multitasking ability
• Professional and calm under pressure
• CRM experience advantageous

Working Hours
Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 17:00

Salary
R6,000 – R14,000 per month
