Booking clerk

We are looking for a proactive and goal-oriented individual who thrives on challenges and takes initiative. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, driven, and committed to delivering excellent client experiences.

Responsibilities:
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, understanding their needs and expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully and clients are satisfied.
• Communicate client feedback and requirements to the relevant internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
• Support the sales team in onboarding new clients and ensuring smooth transitions.
• Monitor client accounts, track key performance indicators, and work towards retention and growth.
• Resolve issues or conflicts that may arise during client engagements.

Requirements:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Adaptable and flexible to meet varying client needs
• Understanding of sales techniques and strategies is an advantage

Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
