Job Description:

About the Role:
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Booking Clerk to manage appointments, reservations, and scheduling tasks. You will be the main point of contact for clients needing bookings, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
Handle booking requests via phone and email.
Schedule appointments, services, or reservations accurately.
Confirm bookings and send reminders to clients.
Update and maintain booking systems, calendars, and internal records.
Assist with changes, cancellations, and general customer support.
Coordinate with staff or departments to ensure availability and proper planning.
Provide friendly, professional communication at all times.

Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Good organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Comfortable using booking systems, calendars, and basic computer tools.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in bookings, admin, or reception is an advantage but not required.
