Job Description:

Join Our Sales Team as a Booking Clerk!

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Booking Clerk to support our dynamic sales team. In this key role, you’ll be responsible for organizing and scheduling appointments with prospective clients, helping to streamline our operations and enhance client engagement.

Requirements

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with scheduling tools or CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Arrange and manage appointments and meetings between sales representatives and potential clients.
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members to ensure scheduling aligns with availability and priorities.
- Maintain calendars and scheduling systems to maximize efficiency and minimize conflicts.
- Confirm appointments with clients and provide them with any necessary details in advance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to relay timely and accurate booking information.
- Keep thorough and up-to-date records of all bookings and client interactions in our CRM system.
