Booking Clerk

We are looking for a Booking Clerk to join our team and assist with coordinating bookings, appointments, and client requests.
This role is suited to someone who is organised, reliable and confident communicating with people. You will be responsible for making sure bookings are captured correctly, clients receive the information they need and appointments are coordinated efficiently.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Scheduling and confirming client bookings
• Responding to booking enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Capturing and updating booking information accurately
• Communicating appointment details and changes to clients
• Following up on outstanding bookings and confirmations
• Managing cancellations, rescheduling, and general booking queries
• Keeping booking records and schedules up to date
• Assisting clients with questions and providing professional service
• Liaising with internal staff to ensure bookings are coordinated correctly
• Providing general administrative support when required

Requirements:
• Previous experience in booking, reception, administration, customer service or a similar role is advantageous
• Good communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
