Booking Clerk

Are you highly organised, confident on the phone, and passionate about creating great first impressions? We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Booking Agent to join our growing team.
As a Booking Agent, you will play a key role in supporting our sales department by scheduling appointments with prospective clients, managing calendars, and ensuring a smooth booking process.

Your ability to communicate effectively, stay organised, and build rapport with clients will directly contribute to the success of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
• Schedule appointments and meetings for our Sales Consultants with prospective clients.
• Contact potential clients to arrange appointments and confirm booking details.
• Manage and maintain sales calendars, ensuring appointments are accurately scheduled and conflicts are avoided.
• Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and answer any scheduling-related queries.
• Liaise with the sales team to ensure all booking information is communicated accurately and efficiently.
• Capture and maintain accurate client information and appointment records within the CRM system.
• Monitor schedules and make adjustments where necessary to maximise productivity.
• Deliver a professional and positive experience with every client interaction.

08:00 – 17:00

This is a full-time, office-based position.

Salary
R5,300 – R8,000 per month
