We are looking for an organised and reliable Admin Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organised, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy workplace.

Salary: R5,300 – R8,000 per month

Responsibilities
• Provide general administrative support to the team
• Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems
• Schedule appointments and assist with diary management
• Capture and update information on internal systems
• Assist with data entry and general office administration

Requirements
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional, positive, and dependable attitude
