We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
• Present and demonstrate company products and services to prospective and existing clients.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
• Clearly communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of products and services.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term business growth.
• Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and performance objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any client concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress.

Minimum Requirements:
• Valid Code 8 driver's license.
• Own reliable vehicle.
• Own laptop.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong self-management, organizational, and time-management abilities.
• Target-driven with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience & Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year sales experience (preferred).
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets will be advantageous.
• Working Hours

Monday to Friday:
08:00 – 17:00

Remuneration:
• Basic Salary
• Petrol Allowance
• Vehicle Allowance
• Toll Allowance
Uncapped Commission Structure (Zero Baseline)

Expected Monthly Earnings:
R4,000 – R20,000+ per month, depending on sales performance and commission earnings
