Sales Representative:

We are currently seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong self-discipline, resilience, and a passion for achieving targets in a competitive sales environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Professionally present, promote, and demonstrate products and services to prospective clients.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product/service solutions.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients and secure new business.
• Build, develop, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Address client queries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Minimum Requirements
• Valid Code 8 driver’s license (essential).
• Reliable personal vehicle (essential).
• Own laptop.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target driven.

Experience
• Minimum of 1-year proven sales experience (preferred).

Working Hours
• Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00

Remuneration & Benefits
• Basic salary plus uncapped commission (zero baseline structure).

• Toll allowance.

Salary Range: R5,300 – R20,000 per month
