Personal Assistant (PA) – Benoni
We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to management. The successful candidate will work closely with the manager on a one-to-one basis, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
• Screen, manage, and direct incoming phone calls
• Distribute correspondence and manage communication efficiently
• Handle requests and queries in a professional manner
• Manage the manager’s diary, including scheduling meetings and appointments
• Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and related documentation
• Provide assistance with personal tasks for the manager when required
• Assist with recruitment activities for the manager’s department
• Support with Purchase Orders (POs) and administrative processes
Minimum Requirements & Skills
• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant is advantageous but not essential
• Sound knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
• Valid Code 8 driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
Working Hours
• Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
