What You’ll Be Doing:

- Plan and manage Google and Facebook Ads campaigns (don’t worry—we’ll support you if you’re new!)
- Assist with or lead SEO efforts, including keyword research and content optimisation
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and suggest ways to improve
- Collaborate with sales and content teams to align messaging and goals
- Stay curious and up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends

Whether You're a Beginner or Experienced, You Should Have:

- A passion for digital marketing and willingness to learn or grow your skills
- Creativity and curiosity—someone who loves testing ideas and learning what works
- A good understanding of social media, Google, and online behaviour (training provided for juniors)
- Analytical thinking—you enjoy making sense of numbers and results
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
