Job Description:

We are seeking a dependable and skilled IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance and ensure the efficient operation of IT systems. The successful candidate will support end-users, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist in maintaining IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and IT-related issues
- Log, track, and resolve support tickets within agreed timeframes
- Perform system administration tasks such as user setup, access control, and software installations
- Troubleshoot network issues including connectivity and basic configuration problems
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when required
- Document solutions and maintain accurate records in the knowledge base
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and IT best practices

Minimum Requirements
- Valid Code 8 driver’s license and own vehicle
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an IT support role
- Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

Advantageous
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar
