Job Description:

Location: Benoni
Salary: R10,000 per month
Position: Full-Time

We are looking for an Experienced Internal Sales Representative to join our fast-paced and growing team in Benoni. If you have a strong background in internal sales and a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
• Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email.
• Assist customers with product information and guide them through the purchasing process
• Generate new leads through proactive outbound calling and marketing follow-ups
• Maintain accurate CRM records of all customer interactions and sales activities
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent service

Requirements
• Proven experience in internal sales or a similar sales role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building abilities
• Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• CRM experience is an advantage
