Job Description:

We are looking for a debt collector to join our team at Kenesis. Have you got what it takes?

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple delinquent accounts for debt collection efforts.
• Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.
• Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments.
• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
• Handle questions or complaints.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payments or accounts.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work in-office (Boksburg).
• Able to handle disgruntled customers in a professional manner.
• Previous experience is not a MUST but is a bonus.
