Client Relations Specialist

What We’re Looking For:

- At least 1 year of experience in a client liaison or customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Flexible and adaptable to meet diverse client needs.
- Familiarity with sales techniques is a plus.

- Be the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Build strong, lasting relationships by understanding client needs and delivering excellent service.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and high client satisfaction.
- Share client feedback and insights with relevant teams to support continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services that align with client goals.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and help manage the handover process from sales to service.
- Monitor client accounts and performance metrics to drive retention and identify growth potential.
- Proactively resolve issues or conflicts during client engagements, ensuring a positive experience.
