Client Liaison Consultant

We’re on the hunt for a Client Liaison Consultant who can confidently take ownership of client relationships, handle a wide range of requests with professionalism, and help drive long-term success. You’ll be the friendly, dependable face that clients trust — someone who can think on their feet, communicate with clarity, and make sure no detail slips through the cracks.

Your Role Will Involve:
• Being the main contact for clients — managing queries, offering support, and building confidence
• Developing strong connections by learning what matters most to each client
• Working closely with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of products and services
• Spotting opportunities to introduce new services or products that add value
• Assisting with onboarding new clients and ensuring a seamless handover from sales
• Monitoring client account activity and identifying areas for improvement or growth
• Handling issues professionally and working toward quick, effective solutions
• Sharing client feedback internally to improve our processes and service levels

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
• Has at least 1 year of experience in a client-facing role (preferably)
• Communicates clearly, listens well, and knows how to earn trust
• Can multitask effectively and manage time well under pressure
• Has an eye for detail and a knack for organizing and prioritizing work
• Feels confident using CRM tools and Microsoft Office software
• Enjoys solving problems and thinking critically
• Understands sales principles — or is willing to learn
• Is comfortable communicating in both Afrikaans and English, as this helps build rapport with many of our clients

Job Details:
• Work Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Salary: R6 000 – R14 000, depending on experience
