Client Liaison

We are looking for a motivated and driven individual who is ready to take on challenges and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and expectations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful service or project delivery.
• Communicate client feedback, requirements, and expectations to relevant internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients.
• Work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition process.
• Monitor client accounts and track key performance indicators to support client retention and business growth.
• Resolve issues and manage conflicts efficiently during client engagements.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a client liaison or client-facing role (preferred).
• Proven experience working directly with clients in a similar industry or environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to solve problems and think critically under pressure.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Adaptable and flexible in handling different client needs and situations.
• Understanding of sales techniques and strategies will be advantageous.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.

Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday
• 08:00 – 17:00

Employment Type:
• Full-time position

Salary:
• R6,000 – R14,000 per month
