Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule appointments and meetings for Sales Representatives with prospective clients.
• Communicate professionally with clients to arrange suitable meeting times.
• Manage calendars and booking schedules to avoid conflicts and maximize efficiency.
• Confirm appointments with clients and provide any necessary information prior to meetings.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate scheduling and timely updates.
• Follow up with clients regarding appointment confirmations or rescheduling when required.

Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
