Job Description:

Front Desk Administration / Receptionist (Female applicants only)

We are looking for a Front Desk Admin / Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a Grade 12 certificate and a valid driver’s license. MUST be proficient in both spoken and written Afrikaans and English is essential. First Aid and experience in Pastel will be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

The candidate should be presentable and live in or near Kempton Park. Experience with Autoplan, Marketing, Reception, and First Aid will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities: (not limited to)

Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate departments
Assisting clients and visitors with their needs
Setting up the boardroom for meetings and ensuring all necessary equipment is available
Performing toolbox and vehicle maintenance inspections
Managing office supplies and ensuring stock levels are maintained
Assisting with general administrative tasks as required
