Key Responsibilities:

Source and secure new listings (rentals and sales).

Market properties online and via social media.

Qualify clients, negotiate deals, and close sales.

Handle all relevant documentation from start to finish.

Conduct property inspections and valuations.

Build long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

2+ years’ sales experience (real estate experience a plus)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Reliable Transport & Laptop – A car and valid driver’s license are non-negotiable

NQF-4 / Fidelity Fund Certificate (mandatory)

Must be able to commute or relocate to Benoni

Commission Structure:

Intern Agents: 50% (Agent) / 50% (Company)

Full-Status Agents: 60% (Agent) / 40% (Company)
