Property Administrator (Experienced Only)
Location: Benoni, Gauteng
Salary: R7,000 per month + Commission on New Leases & Renewals
Start Date: Immediate

Are you detail-oriented, organised, and experienced in the property sector? CalBus Properties is looking for a driven Property Administrator to join our growing team. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who is confident managing the administrative processes behind residential rentals and renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

� Handle full rental application process.

� Verify FICA & perform credit and employment checks.

� Draft, send, and manage lease agreements.

� Upload and deactivate leases on PropWorx.

� Liaise with tenants and landlords professionally.

� Coordinate inspections and ensure maintenance issues are processed efficiently.

� Manage lease renewals and ensure timeous follow-up.

� Track and communicate lease terminations.

� Organise and control storeroom lease documentation.

� Load and publish listings on our platforms.

Requirements:

� Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in property or real estate administration.

� Familiarity with credit checks, lease preparation, and PropWorx is a major advantage.

� Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

� Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

� Ability to handle sensitive information professionally.

� Ability to work well under pressure.

Remuneration:

� Basic Salary: R7,000 per month.

� Plus Commission on new lease agreements concluded.

� Plus Commission on successful lease renewals concluded.
