Job Description:

Please Note: Applicants must reside in or near Albertsdal, Alberton to be considered for this role.

CalBus Properties is seeking dedicated and goal-driven Field Consultants to represent our residential development projects in Albertsdal. As a Field Consultant, you will be stationed on-site daily and serve as the first point of contact for prospective buyers, guiding them through the stand selection and purchasing process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Be present on-site daily to welcome and assist prospective clients.
• Conduct on-site tours, showing clients the show house and walking them through available stands.
• Help clients select the most suitable stand or unit and relay this information to the head office for processing.
• Collect all required FICA documentation from potential buyers (ID, proof of residence, income documents).
• Work from a designated on-site office container provided by CalBus Properties.
• Collaborate with sales agents for signing of pre-qualified deals.
• Most importantly – drive and close sales to ensure deal finalization.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in sales, real estate, or customer-facing roles is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Must be presentable, professional, and committed to daily on-site presence.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of FICA requirements and property sale processes is a plus.
• Own cellphone required; own transport is an advantage.

Remuneration:
• Monthly Stipend: R1,000 (basic support stipend)
• Commission: R2,000 per closed on-site sale
• Income is directly proportional to deals closed
• Workspace provided on-site (office container)
