Key Responsibilities
-Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings between sales representatives and prospective clients to support business development efforts.

-Oversee calendar management and scheduling systems to optimize booking efficiency and avoid conflicts.
-Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and provide any necessary details.
-Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely dissemination of booking information.
-Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of appointments and client interactions within the CRM system.
