Internal Sales Representative

What You’ll Do:
• Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and webchat
• Guide clients through our product range and assist them in making informed purchase decisions
• Help generate new leads through proactive follow-ups and outbound calls
• Support marketing initiatives by following up on campaigns and potential leads
• Accurately update customer interactions and sales activity in our CRM system
• Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Provide outstanding customer service to encourage long-term client relationships

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• An enthusiastic, friendly personality with a willingness to learn — no experience required!
• A positive, go-getter attitude and a passion for working with people
• A natural team player with a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is great, but not essential
Afrikaans and English communication skills will be a plus when engaging with our diverse customer base.
