You will play a key role in supporting and improving the organization's technology infrastructure while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
• Provide technical support to users, ensuring timely resolution of IT-related issues.
• Monitor system performance and implement updates, patches, and security measures.
• Manage user accounts, access controls, and IT documentation.
• Support IT projects, including system upgrades, implementations, and migrations.
• Enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain system integrity.
Requirements
• Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Mac), Microsoft Office, and networking fundamentals.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and data protection practices.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.

Advantageous Skills
• Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft certifications).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Basic scripting or programming knowledge (e.g., Python, PowerShell).

Remuneration
• Salary range: R5,000 – R15,000
