Client Services Coordinator

We are looking for an organized and proactive Client Service Coordinator to support our clients and ensure smooth service delivery. In this role, you will manage client requests, coordinate between teams, and help resolve issues efficiently. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a dedication to providing excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the main liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring all communications are handled promptly and professionally.
• Establish and nurture long-term client relationships by gaining a clear understanding of client objectives and expectations.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure projects are delivered successfully and client needs are met.
• Share client insights, feedback, and requirements with internal teams to support service improvement.
• Recognize and recommend opportunities for additional services or solutions to existing clients.
• Assist with onboarding new clients in collaboration with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover.
• Track client accounts and performance metrics to support client retention and account growth.
• Manage and resolve client-related issues or concerns in an effective and timely manner.

Required Skills & Experience:
• At least one year of experience in a client-facing or client coordination role (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships in a professional environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in fast-paced situations.
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to meeting diverse client requirements.
• Familiarity with sales processes or account management is beneficial.
