Key Responsibilities
• Efficiently schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings between sales representatives and prospective clients.
• Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling and priority alignment.
• Manage calendars and booking systems to optimize efficiency and prevent scheduling conflicts.
• Proactively follow up with clients to confirm appointments and provide all necessary details.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to maintain clear, timely, and accurate communication.
• Keep detailed records of client interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
