Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Qualified Truck Panel Beater to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in the repair and restoration of truck and commercial vehicle bodywork, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Repair and replace damaged panels on trucks, trailers, and commercial vehicles.
- Perform structural repairs, dent removals, and alignments using industry-standard techniques.
- Work with materials such as steel, aluminum, and fiberglass.
- Weld, grind, and smooth surfaces to prepare for refinishing.
- Ensure proper fitting and alignment of panels to restore vehicles to factory specifications.
- Use specialized tools and equipment to carry out body repairs effectively.
- Follow health and safety regulations and company procedures.
- Conduct final inspections to ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working environment.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Truck Panel Beater (minimum 10 years).
- Relevant qualification in panel beating or automotive body repair.
- Expertise in welding, structural repairs, and truck panel alignment.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Knowledge of commercial vehicle structures and repair techniques.
- Physical fitness and ability to handle heavy-duty repairs.
- Valid driver’s license
