Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help us create and execute effective online marketing campaigns that drive results. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies that engage our audience, strengthen our brand, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with company objectives and drive business growth.
- Create engaging and effective content for various digital channels, including social media platforms, email campaigns, and the company website.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify growth opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including sales and product development— to design and implement integrated marketing campaigns.
- Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to continuously refine and optimize tactics.

Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for staying up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Experience running Google Ads or Meta Ads campaigns (preferred, not required).
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred, not required).

Salary Range: R6,000 – R12,000 per month, depending on your experience and skill level.
