Client Service Consultant

We are looking for friendly, confident, and motivated individuals to join our team as Client Service Consultants.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and play an important role in creating positive customer experiences while also identifying opportunities to grow the business.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Speaking to clients and understanding their needs
• Assisting with customer enquiries
• Introducing clients to suitable products and services
• Following up with prospective and existing clients
• Building lasting client relationships
• Generating new business opportunities
• Working towards individual and team targets
• Keeping clients informed throughout the process

Well-spoken with good communication skills

Able to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, professional and eager to learn
Interested in developing a career in sales and client services

Experience is welcome, but it is NOT essential. Full training will be provided.

Important Requirements
• Valid driver’s licence
• Own reliable vehicle
• Own laptop
• Must be based in or around Boksburg

Working Hours
Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00

Your Earning Potential
Basic Salary + Petrol Allowance + Car Allowance + Toll Allowance + Uncapped Commission
Salary Range: R5,300 – R20,000 per month
No baseline required to earn commission.
