Booking Clerk

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Booking Clerk to support our operations by managing appointments, reservations, and scheduling in a well-organized and timely manner. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate all bookings, appointments, and reservations
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and booking requests professionally
• Confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments as required
• Maintain accurate records of all bookings and client information
• Ensure scheduling is optimized and conflicts are avoided
• Provide clients with relevant information regarding services and availability
• Assist with general administrative duties and reporting
• Ensure all booking processes follow company procedures and standards

Minimum Requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
