As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a highly organized and customer-driven Booking Clerk to help manage client appointments and support the smooth operation of our creative and technical teams.

Role Overview:
The Booking Clerk will be the first point of contact for many of our clients. You will handle scheduling, confirm bookings, manage calendars, and ensure seamless communication between clients and our service departments. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, personable, and confident in a fast-paced digital environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update the booking system for client appointments and consultations
Confirm bookings and follow up with clients on pending or incomplete appointments
Coordinate between clients and internal teams to align schedules and project timelines
Maintain accurate documentation of all appointments and communication
Provide professional and friendly customer support

Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time-management and organizational abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
