Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and motivated Booking Clerk to join our team.
This is an entry-level sales position where you will be responsible for contacting customers, speaking to potential clients and securing bookings.

Responsibilities
• Contact potential customers by phone
• Speak to customers and explain our services
• Follow up with leads
• Make and confirm bookings
• Answer customer questions
• Keep customer information up to date
• Meet daily and monthly targets
• Assist with general office duties when required

Requirements
• Good communication skills
• Confident speaking on the phone
• Friendly and professional attitude
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable and organised
• Motivated to earn commission
• Able to work towards targets
• Previous experience is an advantage, but not required

This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident, enjoys talking to people and wants to build experience in sales.

What We Offer
R5,300 – R8,000 per month + Commission
