Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in keeping daily operations running smoothly and ensuring the office stays organised, efficient, and well-supported.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Welcoming and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Handling incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence.
• Scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing diaries.
• Maintaining organised digital and physical filing systems.
• Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations.
• Responding to queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Ordering and managing office supplies and stock levels.
• Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks when required.

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritise tasks.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• No prior experience required — training will be provided.

Salary Range:
